By accessing or using the CodeWithMeBalaji platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You may not use another person's account without their permission.
• Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation may be terminated without notice.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Using the AI Tutor to generate, spread, or promote harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Sharing your account credentials or course access with third parties.
• Copying, redistributing, or reselling any course content without express written permission.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, bullies, or harms other community members.

All content on the CodeWithMeBalaji platform—including but not limited to text, videos, code examples, graphics, course curricula, and AI-generated outputs within the platform—is the exclusive intellectual property of CodeWithMeBalaji or its content licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice delivered to your registered email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CodeWithMeBalaji does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeWithMeBalaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the new Terms on the platform and sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the revised date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
